Web Development: • Good communication power with natural ability towards explanation or analysis. • Well educated and well behaved and go-getting attitude. • Excellent knowledge in Action Script 2 & 3. • Sound knowledge in XML handling. • Sound knowledge in PHP and MySQL • Knowledge of third party libraries like Pear, ImageBrick, PDF Library, as3corelib, Papervision3d, Red5. • Knowledge in integration of flash (actionscript3) and PHP platform. • Strong object oriented design and development concept. • Strong debugging and trouble shooting skills. • Experience in full life cycle software development is added advantage. • Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment. Creative Design: • Good communication power with natural ability of visualization. • Well educated and well behaved with go-getting attitude. • Natural skill for creative design & visualization (fine arts background will be appreciated) • Should be very skillful in digital drawing through tablet • Knowledge in Photoshop CS4 and above. • Knowledge in Flash CS4 and above. • Knowledge of digital background / slide development for presentation and website. • Strong presentation skill. • Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment.
