 Job Description:

• Educates our customers on the superior quality of Company product and services.
• Weighs, grinds and packs coffee per customers’ orders according to company guidelines.
• Sell and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.
• Sell and serves products to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea
• Products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products.
• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a repoire with our
• Customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Verbally receives and calls backs customer orders in a friendly manner.
• Reports all customer complaints to manager on duty.
• Responds pro-actively to prevent customer service situations.
• Handle all cash and credit payment, make charge and give receipts.
• Provides superior and promotes a friendly, comfortable environment by providing fast and friendly service. Perpetuates Company Guiding Principles and Non –Negotiable.
• Restocks shelves when necessary.
• Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, windows and grinders, and take out trash areas thereby ensuring that all customers experience the world’s best coffee experience.
