Data oriented job – To Enter demographic information, post charges, post payments and reconcile payments.

Primary Responsibilities

•Enter information in the billing system as per guidelines

•Enter information related to charges as per specifications and bill out claims

•Enter information related to payments collected and reconcile accounts

•Maintain daily productivity reports

•Achieve set productivity and quality benchmarks.

•Recognize, document and escalate issues to supervisor

•Recommend process improvements

•Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

•Provide on the job support for trainees

Work hours: Day or Night shift, Can also be rotational shifts
