• Conducts duties following established Apotex Research Pvt. Ltd., Bioequivalence Centre’s Standard Operating Procedures and in a manner consistent with the appropriate regulatory guidelines, GCP requirements and Safe Work Procedures

• Mobilization of potential volunteers for registration through field work, advertisement, making contacts and presentations on site (either on a one to one basis or in a small group) and providing information to prospective volunteers on BE/ BA studies.

• Collecting Preliminary screening information prior to booking volunteers for registration

• Verification of volunteer identification for the purpose registration/screening

• Obtain registration and/or screening consent from Volunteers.

• Arranging volunteer appointments for screening related activities in conjunction with the Recruitment supervisor





• Ensure adequate eligible volunteers report to the centre at the time of check in and complying with protocol and project requirements

• Ensures presence of all subjects for ambulatory visits

• Coordinates with the administrative personnel for disbursement of compensation to individuals/volunteers/subjects.

• Build up the volunteer database and meet the targets established by the Manager- Clinical Operations

• Executes other duties as may be assigned by the Clinical Operations Management/delegate as training and experience allow

Assists recruitment team in recruitment/enrolment of volunteers for smooth and timely conduct of studies at Clinical Facility.
