Experienced in requirements gathering, software analysis, use case design, documentation.

Experienced in creating Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Unified Process (RUP) and UML modeling tools such as MS Visio and Rational Rose.

Experience in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with end users to provide for accurate statement of system requirements and a better understanding of common goals

Excellent in using broad range of technologies including business process tools such as Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio.

Experience in conducting GAP analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SWOT analysis.

Extensive experience in translating complex business needs into clear and concise business requirement documents (BRD) and preparation of Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
