WHAT SETS US APART
• Employment potential: We do a detailed study of the employability potential, based on the local economy, culture, natural resources, labour market and industrial profile before starting any program. No program is started without assessing its employment potential. Further, each of our launched programs would have an industry partner ready to employ our trained manpower.
• Program Structure: We understand that many of our potential trainees would not be able to devote the time or the resources for a two or three year long program. We want our trainee to choose the skills that he wants to learn and design his own program in consultation with our counselors. In all our verticals we follow a modular, short-duration structure with multiple entry and exit points that offer flexible learning options for the trainee.
• Content and Training methodology: Our content is prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The classroom sessions are supplemented with practical training for which appropriate equipment and teaching software is provided. More than 60% of our every module is ‘hands-on’ training.
• Life skills and entrepreneurship skills Training: To enable the aspirants to face the world confidently, they are trained in various life skills such as positive thinking, communication, self esteem, team building and productivity management. As the ability to speak fluently in English is an important pre-requisite at the workplace a ‘Communicative English’ has been designed to give the aspirants practice in public speaking and interpersonal communication techniques based on real life situations.
