1) This is an opportunity to join a motivated .NET development team as a Software Trainee and work on high impact web applications which are changing the way information is processed, used and delivered. We especially crafted this Software Trainee program for the upcoming fresh Engineers from B.E / B.Tech/ MCA/ BCA/ B.sc (IT) / M.Tech / MSc. (IT) background.

2) Training tenure is for THREE MONTHS. The performance of Software trainee will be evaluated periodically, and will be provided with the 100% job opportunities.

3) The candidate will get the opportunity to work directly on the in-house projects using Application projects (Web applications and Windows applications) to be developed in MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY i.e. Introduction of .Net Framework; Syntax and Data Types; Object Oriented Programming Concepts; Collection Classes; I/O Operations with File Systems ;Exception Handling ;Assemblies; ADO.Net; Crystal Report; Web Development; State management; Validation controls; Data Bind controls; Data source controls; Site Navigation; Master Pages; Themes and Skin; User Controls; Advanced Topics in Windows Programming; Advanced Topics in Web Programming; Caching; Web services; XML; Java Script; Ajax, WPF, WCF , WWF , Silverlight, Dot Net 4.0 includes: Parallel Linq, Language and IDE Features, Examine Visual Studio 2010 Code Editor, UI Improvements, Parallel Computing using Plinq, Entity Data Model, WCF Data Services, Dynamic Programming, WPF 4.0,MVC 2.0

5) Personality and Corporate Grooming tools include process models, self-assessments, skill building, behavioral tips, Mock Interviews and information resources. This on the job training has been designed for 3 months of duration and 5 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
