• Adhere to brand standards & SOP’s of The Orchid • Maintain all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials
• Develop sales objective & strategy for the assigned business
portfolio that ensures attainment of company sales goals and
profitability • Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes & values
• Maintain and develop existing and new customer’s database through
appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimise quality
of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. • Consistently maintain and enhance client relationship • Manage guest complaints and resolve concerns • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys • Attend external & internal meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business development • Other duties as assigned and maintaining the client base in the target market - Coordinating & executing a company's sales program. - Achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. - Establishes, plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
