This is the first of its kind role in the recruitment industry to monitor and control the quality of work done in the recruitment for International customers.

About Convate: Convate, 7 yr old International Recruitment Firm headquartered in Bangalore and focused on domestic – IT and Middle East countries in Healthcare, Engineering/Manufacturing, Oil & Gas has a position for Recruitment Quality Specialist available in the organization:

You will be scouting and interacting with middle to senior level personnel in Non IT Sector and in healthcare the leading innovative doctors, surgeons, pediatricians, gynecologists, obstetricians, radiologists, general physicians, oncologists, physiotherapist, psychiatrist etc. with various educational attainment, disciplines/specializations, certifications and experiences from America, U.K., Europe and Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, UAE, South Asia etc. covering the Gulf Region.

A brief on job profile for Recruitment Quality Specialist (0 to 5 years of experience):

• Screening and taking note of the recorded conversation between the Recruiter and the candidate.

• Offer follow ups

• Tracking license exam co-ordination

• Track on status of documents attested and maintain seamless communication between the Recruiter, candidate and the client

• Regularly assess training needs to fill gaps in performance and come up with new training programs.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication with strong relationship building qualities.

• Aptitude to work under pressure on a fast pace and a time sensitive environment.

• Possess standard ethics, customer focused, innovative, flexible and adaptable.

• Must be proactive and self starting, seize opportunities, originating action and actively implementing them.

• Good judgment of quality and process co-ordination.

• Must understand technical and professional aspects of work and update knowledge continuously.

Qualification: Graduation (Healthcare stream highly preferred – Biotechnology, MBBS, BAMS , MHA , MHM, BHMS , BVSc , Microbiology , Nursing , other Healthcare related qualifications)
