UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

You should have at least 3 mths - 2 Yr of experience working with a Recruitment Firm or a Company in recruitment Division in IT/Non IT Function. Should have good communication skills & pleasant personality.

In case you have worked on any Recruitment Software it would be an added advantage.

Candidate would be Involved in : * Interacting regularly with the clients * Resourcing Candidates through Job Portals, References / Database. * Working on Middle as well as Senior Level Positions * Scanning Resumes, taking preliminary interview of the candidates.
