Handle customer queries wrt billing,tariff plans,change of plans ,installments and payments. -Upselling inhouse products & services -Trouble shooting. -Solving technical Queries -1st & 2nd bucket collections i.e reminder calls and recovery In a technical process, handle queries with troubleshooting internet / ISP / broadband related issues. -Inbound / Outbound processes --Rotational work offs: 2 Work offs in a week. Could be any days of the week. -Excellent Communication skills -Basic computer application skills & Selling / Convincing Skills -Should have good negotiation and convincing skills
