The candidate should be having an experience into technical support or IT helpdesk Support, should be CCNA or MCSE certified.
NOC engineers provide 24x7x365 Level 1 support, and act as the central
communication point for the business. NOC Engineers monitor all
production servers and applications, report and escalate problems when
necessary, and troubleshoot production issues. Candidate Will be responsible for configuration of mail server, troubleshooting, installation, repair of servers
