Should have 2-3 Yrs exp. in hardcore IT recruitment.

Should be good on various IT domains & related IT Technologies.

Will be responsible for the entire cycle of Recruitment.

Source profiles using various technique - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals etc.

Screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews, follow ups - up to closure.

Should be process driven, able to generate various MIS Reports & maintain/build Resume Database.
