Requirements:

- Web Design: its graphical user interface using XHTML/CSS (handcoding)

- Inculcate good design practises: W3C standards, tableless layout, cross browser compatability (IE & FF), SEO friendly markup, graceful website degradation

- Visual design of graphic elements - forms, logos, icons, banners, microsites, marketing collaterals

- Prepare high resolution wireframes with product team, convert wireframe into mockups, translate mock-up into HTML/CSS

- Metrics driven approach to design : A/B testing, viral loop tracking, use tools like Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Unbounce, CrazyEgg in daily design tasks

- Ship products of the highest quality through strict attention to visual and interaction details

- The role requires working closely with, and incorporating feedback from product managers, interaction designers, community managers, software developers.

Technical Skills:
