Skills: Different types of storage and connectivity RAID Concepts Basic architecture of storage Array Knowledge on FC Switch connectivity Monitoring and troubleshooting of IBM SVC,DS4100,DS8100 ,ESS800, Netapp Filers, SUN Storage Tec Array, Cisco San Switches. Working on Incidents and new requests like Storage allocation, file system expansion Work according to the process developed by client Coordination with vendors during hardware issues.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: -Work experience in IBM and Netapp Storage products -Excellent troubleshooting and communications skills. -Knowledge in ITIL is desirable. -Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows is a plus
