Responsible for achieving set revenue sales target for entire range of IT Consumable Hardware Products.

Responsible for Generating Sales.

To handle walk-In Customers.

• Understand the range of products that emall offers, the solutions and services and promote them to customers that step their foot in emall, or meet at a venue other than emall.

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, identify the related solution and suggest the right solution and services from our end.

• Maintain a good sales team on floor and train them regularly.

• Be updated with IT technology and competitive market for the offers and rates.

• Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

• Maintain records related to sales.

• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
