Roles & Responsibilities:

Desktop Support Professionals who are well versed with Desktop Troubleshooting •

MCSE/ MCP Certified.

• Installation and troubleshooting for OS (Win 7, Win XP etc..)

• Installation, Configuration of Outlook express.

• Installation & Configuration of LAN, WAN

• Technical skills related to Desktop, Mail client (MS Outlook), Patch

• Management, OS (Windows XP), Software Installation and Basic Networking skills.

• Exposure on DHCP, DNS, WIN servers.

• Exposure on Active Directory.

• Knowledge on VMware will be added advantage

• Asset Management

• Knowledge on Video conferencing Setup

• Good Communication skills to interface with the end user.

• Capable of learning new Technologies.

• Documentation skills.

• Good communication and should have experience in handling High profile employees(Soft skills)
