>4. GOOD ANALYTICAL,UNDERSTATING AND FAST LARNER

>5 . +VE ATTITUDE

1.Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Troubleshoot various IT Hardware(Desktop/Printer/Laptop etc)

>2.Operating System Knowladge -Win98/2k/XP/Linux etc.

>3.Knowledge of Email Clients like Outlook/Lotus.

>4.Installation/Reconfiguration / Repair of XP Operating System from the original media.
