Overview

The position of Content Developer is a high-value, dynamic, and challenging post that involves analyzing a wide variety of information sources and using them to create original documents and assessments to be used by leading academics and professionals in some of the most acclaimed learning environments in the world. As a Content Developer you must be a good writer, a diligent researcher, strong with a variety of academic and professional disciplines, and most importantly, be willing to learn.



As a Content Developer, you will be required to read and analyze material from textbooks and combine this with your subject knowledge to create intelligent courseware based on project requirements. Our typical projects involve developing challenging questions to test a student’s learning (test bank questions and quizzes) and creating material that will be used in classroom teaching (instructor guidebooks, case studies, and presentations). This will require an excellent grounding in several disciplines including management, organizational behavior, consumer behavior, marketing, and international business. You will receive on-the-job training to familiarize you with client guidelines and end-customers to enable you to perform according to ANSR’s internal standards.



We are looking for professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the macroeconomic business environment with sufficient exposure to global business and marketing practices. Since the primary language in all these activities is English, excellent written and verbal communication is imperative.



Good-to-have Skills

Knowledge of U.S English writing standards and norms



Education

We prefer applicants from the following academic backgrounds: BA/MA,Mphil/ Ph.D in (Economics or History or Psychology)



Experience

0 to 4 years of relevant experience (teaching/writing/business research/training). Interested fresh graduates can also apply.

Job Description

•Read and comprehend subject material from textbooks

•Analyze the material to create customized content (test banks, quizzes, presentations or instructor guidebooks) that is audience-appropriate and adheres to internal quality standards

•Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure client-ready files. These will include concept (subject matter) checks, checks for grammar, format and client guidelines

•Provide on-the-job training to new team members and review their work

Must-have Skills

•Subject matter expertise in two or more of the following subjects (Economics,History, Psychology)

•Keen interest in reading and learning

•Ability and willingness for conducting in‐depth analysis of subject matter
