• Handle inbound / outbound Turkish &English calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.

• Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines

• Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers

• Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

• 0 – 1 Years Experience of transactions using Turkish language to communicate to the customers
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Turkish
• Should be comfortable in working in UK/US shifts.
