UG - B.Com - Commerce PG - CA

Experience:

•1 year PQE in corporate tax or 2 years Audit/ Non tax industry experience.

•Purely consultancy experience will be preferred.

•Work exposure in Regulatory work related to SEBI, RBI, NBFC, FEMA etc.



Skills/ Knowledge:

•Analytical ability

•Clear thought process

•Good communication skills

•Self starter

•Basic knowledge of Direct Tax & regressions.

•Basic knowledge of corporate tax & international tax

Qualifications :

CA with relevant exposure

Skills/ Knowledge:

•Basic Knowledge of Direct Tax regulations.

•Knowledge of corporate tax (income tax & DTAA) & international tax

•CS, LLB would be considered as an added advantage.

•Work exposure in areas related to FIPB, FEMA, NBFC, SEBI etc

•Analytical ability

Experience:

•1-2 years PQE in corporate tax

•Purely consultancy experience

•Preparation of notes, extracting case laws & other relevant information based on research.

•Drafting of reports, compliance based assignments (FBT, advance tax, taxable income, income liability, capital gains tax calculation etc).

•Supporting the assignments based on client specific needs which may lead to work in Direct tax (includes international tax or transfer pricing, exchange control, regulatory laws).

•Support assessment/ represent before tax authorities.
