Job summary



SWIFT's Business Analysis team analyses traffic and revenue at company level, and provides information and input for decision making to other teams and to senior management.

 

The team is hiring an associate business analyst. Key tasks include ensuring the delivery and quality of reports, investigating business trends and monitoring the impact of evolutions in the financial industry & markets on SWIFT's business.

 

We are looking for a recent graduate with a university degree, strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS office tools. This is a terrific opportunity for a team player who enjoys working with statistics and aims to always deliver high quality work while adhering to fixed deadlines.

Your responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a more experienced analyst, you will:
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports on traffic and revenue
• Conduct trend analysis on traffic and revenue
• Perform data reconciliation and data quality checks
• Monitor projects and initiatives
• Identify, validate and implement opportunities to improve report creation efficiency (automation, …)
• Develop own knowledge of SWIFT business and of internal procedures.
• Develop knowledge of the internal data-warehouse and as a user, be able to properly extract information from various existing information sources.
